Broker Remarks

'White Rose' is a popular version of the Laurent Giles designed Westerly 33 Bridge Deck.

She is being sold as a PROJECT BOAT, requiring extensive works before she is sea worthy. Please see further details below.
She has lay ashore for 4 years, and will require works additional cosmetic works as a result. 

Be aware that this boat is not in a seaworthy condition. 

She boasts a very good cruising specification and has been reupholstered approximately 5 years ago. 

Internally she feels comfortable and roomy, and has the added benefit of an aft cabin accessible from the main saloon. A good sized, well-equipped galley, huge saloon table and seating area and a decent forward cabin and heads.

Bilge keel in design, she is perfect for local waters but still holds a good reputation for seakeeping.

She has some headlining droop, but it looks like an easy fix. A lot of headlining has been addressed at some point in the past. 

Now for the bad points. A recent survey revealed she is in desperate need of replacement rigging. It was also found approximately 50% of her deck core was saturated, resulting in complete loss of strength. Full replacement is required. Osmotic blistering was found on the hull, and some delaminated bulkheads internally. Other issues may be apparent.

Survey not held, viewing is recommended. A new survey by the new owner is highly recommended, she is sold as seen.
