Broker Remarks

This Feeling 1040 for sale with Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is an excellent example for a boat of this age, she is in very good order throughout and has certainly been lovingly maintained and upgraded when needed.
The designers of this yacht, Harle and Mortain were way ahead of other brands with this model, she benefits from a large aft cabin, aft heads and a very spacious saloon and galley area. The galley is perfect to anchor down in during a seaway, and it is great to have a large refrigerator and separate coolboxes for supplies.
The Feeling 1040 also benefits from a Webasto diesel fired hot water heating system which work efficiently and gives excellent heat in all cabins and two large radiators in the saloon neatly tucked away under the settee seating, this feeling 1040 certainly feels like a modern yacht!
The current owners have owned the Feeling 1040 for six years and have mainly used her for local coastal hopping with regular trips east and west of Plymouth to Salcombe, Dartmouth, Brixham, Torquay, Fowey and Falmouth.
The performance of this Feeling 1040 is extremely good aided by a good suit of sails, Bruntons Varifold propeller and of course a good helmsman!
If you are looking for a good value 35 footer that has been well maintained and cared for then you should certainly consider this boat her condition excellent and sailing performance is also very strong.
