4/5 berths in two cabins with cherry wood joinery and 5'8" headroom. Forward V-berth with stowage under, anchor locker forward, heads compartment, Main saloon with two leafs settee berths and a further large single berth to the Stbd quarter. The galley is positioned at midships, with 2 rings, grill and oven. Chart table to port with navigation instruments. Lots of stowage both internally and in the 3 large cockpit lockers.

Mechanical and Rigging

From the very successful stable of Sparkman & Stevens, Built by South Hants Marine The SHE 31 has a very good cruising/racing record. Iron Fin keel with skeg hung rudder with tiller. Yanmar 20HP engine driving a conventional propshaft with 3 bladed feathering prop. Fuel Tank = 30 Ltrs; Water tank 130 Ltrs Electrical 2 batteries: 1 engine cranking and 1 x Domestic, charged by Engine Alternator. Full Navigation Lights including Tri Colour and Interior lighting. Standing rigging was replaced in 2000. Roller reefing genoa, slab reefing main x 2 and spinnaker. Kemp aluminium mast and boom. Safety lines on foredeck.
