Broker Remarks
'Roulette' is an excellent example of a Bilge Keel Moody 28 cruising yacht. She has been well looked after and updated by her present owner. Her engine is regularly serviced and she had new standing rigging in March 2019. Her Sanders main and genoa are from 2015 and in excellent condition. The sprayhood was new in 2017. She is stored ashore every winter.
She comes with a B&G plotter with new C-Map charts in 2019 and has a new Tricolour navigation light on the masthead. For cruising comfort, she has a pressurised hot and cold water system, shore power, refrigerator and ample storage throughout.
The Moody 28 has a well-deserved reputation for being well built, sturdy and safe cruisers. She can be viewed ashore 7 days a week in Christchurch.
Accommodation
The Moody 28 sleeps 6 in three cabins. The forward cabin has a twin v berth with a fill-in to make a double. The saloon offers twin full-length settee berths and the aft cabin is a good-sized double. The heads are large for a yacht of this size, with hot water at the sink. The L shaped galley has an oven with grill and two burners. The saloon has a large folding dining table and the upholstery is in good condition throughout.
