Broker Remarks
Work in 1999, hull epoxy treated with 8 coats epoxy, keel likewise, new rudder fitted, new hatches and windows, replaced cockpit winches. 2002.... Wood/GRP doghouse added, windlass, new toilet, all seacocks renewed, fitted Windpilot, new mainsail. She is in nice condition and has just sailed back from the Mediterranean. The solid doghouse is well constructed and a big bonus for distance cruising. Lying ashore in Plymouth. Pictures to follow shortly.

Forecabin with double berth, port and starboard saloon settee/berths 2 quarterberths.Galley with Eno gas cooker with 2 burners and oven, galley sink, 12v isotherm fridge, toilet compartment with sea water toilet, washbasin, pressurised shower container.

Yanmar 3GM30 3 cylinder 27hp diesel (1992) driving a 2 bladed feathering Mac propeller ( 2002) 3 x 12v batteries ( 2 x 103Ah & 1 x 85Ah) charged by 35A alternator, 35A battery charger and a 6A solar panel. mastervolt invertor 250W. Wired for 240v shore power. 80 ltr diesel tank, 2 x 90 ltr plastic water tanks Alloy mast and boom by Proctor with Admiral furler to foresail and slab reefing to main. Mainsail (2002), furling genoa (2004) set of hank on sails.....genoa, genoa 2, genoa 3, genoa 4, storm jib, spinnaker. Lewmar 2 speed winches..... 2 x ST48,s, 2 x ST30's, 3 x ST30/ST16 halyard winches.
