Broker Remarks
This local boat has been in the Plymouth area for many years and was raced in the Foxterrier fleet in the level racing series. The owner is retiring from the sailing scene but 'Top Dog', under his ownership, has had many notable successes. The boat has never been stressed and is in good condition for her age. She would make an ideal family cruiser which would equally be at home for the new owner who might also like to race her where she should prove to still be a very capable boat.

4 berths, 2 burner gas cooker.
Mechanical and Rigging
Mariner 4hp outboard 2 stroke professionally maintained each year and winter stored. Alloy mast, boom and spinnaker pole with stainless steel standing rigging. The chain plate mountings in the hull have been re-inforced with extra fibreglass bonding. 2 mainsails, 3 No.1 genoas, 4 No.2 genoas, 4 spinnakers. All the sails are in excellent condition.
