Broker Remarks

Beneteau Oceanis 473 for Sale. Standard deep keel version of this attractive offshore cruising yacht. Sloop rigged with in-mast mainsail and headsail furling. Sail handling is easy, whilst still enjoying fabulous sailing performance.  Will sleep nine if the saloon berths are utilised. Equipped with a good cruising inventory and an extensive electronics package.  OFEA is a lovely example of this comfortable fast cruising yacht.  Excellent inventory, has had little use and well looked after.  Now looking for a new owner to take her further afield.  Her owner says: ‘a boat that is a thrill to own- sails beautifully.  Gives confidence and feels surefooted and secure.  I get a sense of joy every time I visit and unlock the cabin door- very comfortable to sleep on.’
