Engine serviced annually Rudder mounting & bearings replaced Electric anchor windlass replaced All new standing rigging Instruments overhauled Cockpit and surrounding teak replaced Last antifouled April 2009 Last time ashore - April 2009 Recent service history The boat was purchased by the current owners in 2008 from a gentleman of whom has ill health. When the boat was surveyed in 2008 the surveyors comments where that she has not been used much , engine appears to be sound, no leaks. She is extremely easy to sail as well as single handed. She has very comfortable accommodation and the interior is in good condition.
