Bavaria 38 Exclusive - New to the market. Built in 1998, The Bavaria 38 Exclusive is a wonderful cruising yacht. Fractional rig with spinnaker package, all sail control lines lead aft to the good size cockpit making this easy to handle short handed. The boat is fitted with a bow thruster, self tailing winches and electric windlass too.
Below decks, there are 2 double cabins, 2 heads with showers, 2 settee berths a good size galley and forward facing chart table. Equipment includes, heating, hot water, fridge, oven, holding tank and much more.
"Parlay" has benefitted many many upgrades over recent years, briefly these include re wiring, new bow thruster, replacement sail drive gaitor seal, replacement rudder bearings, new autopilot, new Raymarine Axiom at helm station, the list goes on.
In the brokers opinion, Parlay presents very well, she appears well maintained and ready to go. Viewing is recommended.
Accommodation
The accommodation is fitted in teak joinery with blue upholstery. The layout comprises of 2 double cabins fore and aft. 2 heads with sea toilets and shower. 1 holding tank. The saloon has settee berths port and starboard, with a well appointed L shaped galley to port with oven/grill and 3 burner stove, double sink, hot and cold water, top opening fridge.

There are plentiful lockers and shelves throughout and 2 large storage lockers in the cockpit
