Broker Remarks

Westerly Yachts were renowned for building quality boats. Designed by Ed Dubois, the Westerly Merlin offers nice sea kindly characteristics and good performance. The Westerly Merlin is also ideal for a family with accomodation for up to seven. She is easy to handle and her 20hp Bukh diesel provides plenty of power for the easily driven hull. With over 100 boats sold in the first year of their production, the Merlin offers an interior layout often only found in yachts of 32'. The model was one of the first designs to offer bilge keelers that performed well to windward. 'Samara' has been well cared for throughout her life and offers and excellent oppurtunity to acquire a solid 3 cabin cruising yacht at a realistic price. Lying Conwy Marina, North Wales
