Broker Remarks

This Westerly Storm 33 for sale with Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is a fantastic example, she has been so well cared for throughout her years & the condition backs this up!
The current owners have owned her for four years & have upgraded her as much as they can, she benefits from having the stainless steel standing rigging replaced in 2015, a new suit of Kemp sails were purchased in 2014, there is a navigation upgrade with a Garmin HD radar system, Garmin 750 chartpolotter, AIS class B transponder, new oven & the list goes on.
This Westerly Storm 33 also comes complete with an excellent inventory, included in the sale is a recent Yamaha 2.5, four stroke outboard engine, inflatable dinghy & liferaft. The boat is ready to step onboard and sail away.
The boat has been stored on the hard standing each winter by the current owners & she is serviced annually.
The interior condition of the woodwork is excellent & the headlinings do appear to have been replaced at some point (no westerly sag!), the cushions have been re upholstered & there is also fitted cockpit cushions. The canvas is all in good order & the cockpit dodgers & sprayhood were recent additions.
For a top spec Westerly Storm 33 this is the one you should be viewing!

Owners Remarks:

We are the third owners of “Musketeer” and when we purchased her we liked the fact that she had been lightly used by her previous owners. During our ownership she has been wintered ashore each year. Since we bought her we have updated many items including the Standing Rigging, a new Furlex 200s, replaced the Mainsail and Genoa with new sails from Kemp in 2014. The electronic navigational aids have also been updated to include Radar and AIS transponder all linked to a Garmin chart plotter.

We have mainly used Musketeer for short passages along the coast and summer holidays to the Channel Isles and North and South Brittany.

We have found Musketeer to be a safe and comfortable yacht with good performance.
