Broker Remarks

'Shady Lady' a Westerly Riviera, Built by Westerly Yachts in 1989 to an Ed Dubois design. The Riviera is based on the popular Westerly Seahawk / Falcon hull, the Riviera 35 offers a raised deck saloon providing light and great visibility from the saloon, an internal steering position, two generous cabins and two heads. Typical heavy build from Westerly, the Riviera comes with an easily handled all furling rig and is well powered by her 28hp diesel engine. 'Shady Lady' has been lightly sailed locally, having been regularly maintained and wintered ashore. Viewing highly recommended.

Accommodation

This lovely wheelhouse cruiser was a special "Jubilee" edition of the Riviera, and comes with the benefit of wheel steering and engine controls in both the cockpit and the saloon,  ensuite heads and showers in both the aft cabin and fore cabin, and double doors in the fore cabin which enables independent access from either fore cabin or the saloon. There is also a full length mirror on the inside of the fore cabin door, which should appeal especially to the ladies! The saloon is extremely light and airy, with excellent visibility, giving lovely views outside. The spacious cockpit has an enormous cockpit locker, and storage throughout the boat is excellent.

The speakers for both the stereo radio/cassette player and the VHF are portable and can be placed in the cockpit area when required. The boat also has Eberspacher hot air heating in the saloon and both the fore cabin and aft cabin.
