Accommodation

This 2023 Viking 300 offers six berths across two cabins, with a headroom of approximately 6 feet 3 inches, making it ideal for family cruising or entertaining guests.

Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, this 2023 Viking 300 benefits from a 90-litre freshwater capacity with hot water on the vessel being supplied by a  Malaga water heater, which is both a gas and a 240-volt immersion heater. This can be selected depending on the vessel location and if shore power is available. This vessel is also equipped with a Propex cabin heater and a wall-mounted TV with an integrated DVD player.  

The vessel features a forward V berth that converts to a seating area with a central table, as well as easily converting into a double berth. This area includes under berth storage, 240V sockets and a reading light.  The saloon also offers great natural light with three forward-facing windows with an opening window to the centre, three side-facing windows to both port and starboard and a hull window to port.

Moving aft, the galley is located on the starboard side and is equipped with a double gas hob, a single stainless-steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water, a Thetford duplex oven and grill, 240-volt sockets, and ample storage. This vessel also benefits from two 12V fridge’s one in the saloon and one in the cockpit.

Located opposite the galley area to port is a booth seating area with a central dining table. This area also offers under-berth storage and shelf storage above. The booth area also converts into a double berth via an infill.

The heads are located on the starboard side within the saloon, equipped with a glass sink mounted on a vanity unit with pressurised hot and cold water, under-sink storage, a chemical-electric toilet with removable cassette, and a mirror. The heads compartment also features a thermostatic mixer shower, with a shower attachment, shower curtain and inbuilt shower tray.  

Located at the stern of the saloon to the port side is a hanging wardrobe, a galley fridge, a fusion radio with FM and Bluetooth and a 240v socket. Also located at the stern of the saloon under the cockpit sole is a double berth, with a cockpit deck light, and a hull window to port.

Ascending the companionway into the cockpit with great visibility all around. The cockpit offers a double helm position to port with a double seat with wheel steering, engine controls, navigation aids such as a Lowrance Chartplotter, a Lowrance VHF with DSC, a FM radio and Bluetooth controls, and vessel control switches. Opposite the helm on the starboard side is a single navigator seat located on a 12V fridge.

Moving aft to the stern offers a cockpit with a booth seating area with under-seat storage, and a removable table for added space. A transom door to the stern allows access to the two extended bathing platforms and a Honda outboard. This area is also equipped with a full cockpit canopy and a large deck locker.

Mechanical and Rigging

Mechanical Systems:

The Viking 300 is fitted with a 2023 petrol 50 hp Honda outboard engine with NMEA200Cx and hydraulic trim. This engine has currently completed approximately 105 hours; this engine is powering a 3-bladed fixed propeller. The vessel is also fitted with a Bow thruster for easy manoeuvring.

The 50 hp Honda is supplied by a 25-litre polypropylene fuel tank, the engine has a full-service history available and was last serviced in March 2025. This Viking 300 has a cruising speed of approximately 6 Knots and a Maximum speed of approximately 10 knots. 

Electrical Systems:

Equipped with 3 x 12-volt batteries. (1 x engine, 2023 + 3 x domestic, 2023)

These batteries are charged by the engine and a 240V battery charger when connected to shore power. This vessel also benefits from a 240V ring main with sockets located in the saloon and cockpit.

This vessel also benefits from a 12-Volt battery management system that ensures optimal performance of the electrical setup onboard.

This Viking 300 was built in 2023, equipped with a 50 horsepower Honda Petrol engine, white hull and superstructure with moulded nonslip decks, Stainless Steel pulpit and a black cockpit canopy. The owner has enjoyed the boat since new, but is looking to sell the boat due to a lack of time to use it.

The vessel was last out of the water in March 2025 for reantifouling and hull polishing. This vessel currently has a Gas system certificate dated 2024.
