This Colvic 55 Custom Centre Cockpit Cruising Yacht was professionally built & completed by Nexcraft Ltd of Maidstone using a highly respected mould from Colvic Mouldings.
Blue Water cruising was the reason why this boat has been designed and built, it will take you around the World in saftey. In their heyday Colvic was  one of the finest moulders and builders in the UK.
 This is a well built and solidly constructed boat that was completed in 2002 then commissioned and RCD certificated Cat A in 2003 for her current owner.
 Ondeck, she is sloop rigged with slab reefing mainsail & furling headsail, has a spacious cockpit and teak decking throughout.
 Down below, she has an aft Master Cabin with en-suite, one double & one twin bunked cabin and very spacious saloon giving  8 berths in all as well as a second heads and a good sized galley. This great boat is extremely spaceious which lends itself as a fine Family Cruiser or an exccelent Liveaboard with all the space and 6'3'' head room through the boat.
  She is currently lying on the River Hamble to be appreicated she must be viewed. she is a complete sail away needing only new owners to crew her and start the adventure.

Top Quality,  Her outstanding fit out and the top craftsmanship involved in the Teak decks and light teak interior joinery set off with Corian worktops ensure a finish that will not disappoint. With the barely used Perkins engine, new furling headsail gear, generator and holding tanks, this boat is 99% ready for extended Blue Water sailing.

Accommodation

7 Berths in 4 Cabins including the saloon. Full standing headroom throughout. Beautifully finished large owners cabin aft with centreline double bed. Two outboard settees and generous storage including built in wardrobes. Ensuite heads with electric toilet, handbasin, full corian worktops and shower. Owners heads also accessible from the saloon. Forward berth to port with twin bunks and good storage.Forward double berth to starboard with side drawer locker and hanging storage. Both forward berths have access to heads with electric toilet, full Corian worktops and shower. Saloon with large dining area to port and settee/single berth to starboard. Linear galley to port aft of dining area, comprising Smev stainless steel 2 Burner hob, Oven and Grill, double stainless steel sink, fitted Sharp Micro wave, Coolmatic MDC fridge and freezer again with extensive Corian work surfaces. Excellent drawer and cupboard storage. Pressurised hot and cold water throughout. Water heated from Engine calorifier. Interior joinery superbly finished in light teak throughout. LIght blue upholstery with matching mattresses, pelmet. Ceiling and reading lights throughout. Gebo opening hatches with blinds in saloon and all cabins. Four ECS electric deckhead blowers with speed controls. Eberspacher heating with outlets in all cabins plus thermostat controls. Further cavernous storage forward of water tight bulkhead.

Shaft drive to Trowbridge 3 Bladed propeller. Engine controls on Binnacle. Bowthruster with controls on Binnacle. Stainless Steel Fuel Tank. 180 Litres. 4 x 24volt switchable batteries. 1 x 12volt dedicated engine battery. Vetus Battery management system. HFL 7.2 Kva generator with soundproofing in engine room. Charging is from either Alternator or 240volt battery charger via HFL generator. 2Kw inverter. 240volt shorepower ring main with sockets through out.
