Broker Remarks

Vancouver 38 for sale.  Highly respected blue water cruiser with pilothouse.  The thoughtfully designed space offers three double berths and two heads compartments.  The raised dining area is offset to port with 'C' shaped settee, with folding table and excellent all round visability.  A very well equipped boat with good sea keeping ability and deceptively quick. Only for sale due to a change in personal circumstances.

The Yachting monthly review said..." the Vancouver 38 Pilot offers a good compromise between the requirements of harbour living and offshore sailing.  There are no real sea berths in the saloon, although the settee could sleep a medium -sized crewman, but two of the three cabins  will be habitable at sea.  She is fast, stable and well mannered, and a couple should have no trouble coping with her tough, sensible rig.  All in all she is a rugged cruising home, one that will not only get to far flung places quickly and safely but let her lucky owners survey their new surroundings from the comfort of the saloon."

LA FARANDOLE has been priced to sell quickly, and so this is an opportunity that should not be missed
