This Vancouver 274 is a quality, go anywhere boat, which can can be sailed either singlehanded or family cruised. Sedina is well equipped and has been lovingly maintained and sailed.

Accommodation

The Vancouver 274 sleeps four with a forward V berth which with infill makes a comfortable double berth and two singles with lee cloths in the saloon. A separate toilet compartment with wash hand basin and shower capabilities, is located on the starboard side and across from the toilet, is a generous hanging wardrobe.

Galley:
The galley is located on the port side with a Plastimo 2000 two burner, grill and oven(2006). A stailess steel sink has pressurised cold water supply, with a foot operated pump to supply rinsing sea water. Also located under the chart table seat is an Isotherm refrigerated coolbox.

Mechanical and Rigging

This Vancouver 274 was designed by Robert Harris and built in 1986 by Northshore Mouldings Ltd/Pheon Yachts Ltd, both hull and decks of GRP with a long encalpsulated keel, which was epoxy coated 2010. The interior is fitted out in teak veneer and upholstered in soft maroon cloth.

Mechanical:

Powered by a 20hp Yanmar 3YM20 (2006) driving through shaft to a fixed 3 bladed propellor with 653 hours logged.

Sails and Rigging:
Cutter rigged vessel with stailess steel standing rigging replaced in 2006.
She has Kemp alloy mast with steps and Profurl(2012) roller reefing on both headsail and staysail.
Sail wardrobe consists of slab reefed lazy jack mainsail(2006), headsail(new unused), staysail(2002) and storm jib with spare mainsail and headsail.

Electrics:
12V supply from three batteries charged by engine alternator, solar panel, rutland 913 wind generator or 240V battery charger. (2011)
Fitted with 240V shorepower and cable.

Tankage:
Fuel tank 130 litre capacity.
Three water tanks with a total capacity 230 litres.
Holding tank with 100 litre capacity

Water System:
Pressurised cold fresh water system.
Manual pump sea water supply to galley.
