Broker Remarks
This boat has undergone a most comprehensive refit over the last 18 months including...............underwater hull scraped back to gelcoat, primed and anti-fouled. all winches stripped cleaned and greased, standing rigging checked and certified, genoa and main laundered, steering gear overhauled, all perspex in saloon ports and hatches replaced and resealed. All wiring replaced, new nav lights. Head and side linings replaced, most interior woodwork revarnished, all cushions re-upholstered in Alcantara type cloth, watertanks rebedded and new pipework. A strong offshore cruiser priced to sell. At a recent survey the surveyor stated that she was in excellent condition and very good value for money.
Accommodation
7 berth comprising forecabin with double berth, port and starboard settee berths, pilot berth and 2 quarter berths. Galley with 2 burner gas cooker, stainless steel sink. Chart table.
Mechanical and Rigging
Thorneycroft 4 cylinder diesel developing 35hp and driving a new 2 bladed propeller and new cutlass bearing. Engine recently overhauled....rebored, new pistons, rings and bearings,all oil seal replaced, new injectors, new water trap on exhaust, new high pressure pipework on gearbox. 2 x 12v batteries both new. 30 gallons stainless steel fuel tank. Alloy mast and boom with 3 spinnaker poles. Standing rigging 8 years old but boat has only been used for 2 seasons since renewal. Mainsail, new jib, genoa, new spinnaker, crusing shute, various other sails. Roller reefing genoa. Mainsail cover.

Global 6 GPS, Autohelm ST4000, navico VHF, Raymarine ST40 wind, speed/direction, Raymarine ST40 Bi-data log/depth, 2 Plastimo steering compass. CQR anchor and chain, horseshoe lifebuoy, bilge pump, 2 new fire extinguishers, fire blanket, various warps and fenders.
