Accommodation
There are 3 useable berths at sea. Port side – galley, one berth, toilet compartment, fore-peak berth. Starboard side – full size pilot berth, chart table (removable) over full size berth (only useable if table is stored), hanging locker with storage ‘cave’ lockers and storage bin in fore peak. Origo spirit stove and sink in galley area. Storage lockers on both sides of main cabin. 20 gallons water in Keel tank. Code of practise first aid kit – sealed.
Mechanical and Rigging
Perkins Perama diesel MD 20 HP installed 1993 driving a Hurth Gearbox. (new cutlass bearing installed with new shaft 1999) with three-blade propeller.(Yard serviced mainly by Llyn Marine services). Two six-gallon tanks for fuel (1/3gal/per/hr) Approx. 800 hrs. Full winterisation undertaken at the end of each season. Cluth plates renewed 1999/2000 (Llyn Marine). New engine mountings (front, self) 2000.  Main (1994) Furlex Genoa (1994). Spinnaker with snuffer (age unknown but in good condition) Spinnaker Pole. Single Line Reefing on main sail. Old Main and Genoa serviceable. Sail Cover (JKA sails). Seldon Mast fitted 1998/00 with all s/s rigging renewed at the same time (invoice available). Kemp Boom Circa 1995/96. Radar Reflector.

Spray Hood. Electric bilge pump and Manual bilge pump. WalkerKnot master Trailing Log. Boat hook. One Dan Buoy, Two life rings with lights and drogues. Three fire extinguishers, Fire Blanket. Jackstays. New toilet installed 2001. Hand bearing compass. Offshore flares pack in date, three automatic gas and one manual gas L/J and three safety harnesses. Winter storage cradle – very heavy, new owner to collect.
