This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2, designed by Jacques Fauroux and built in 2000 has a lifting keel, wheel steering and offers good accommodation for six people in three cabins including the saloon, has hot and cold pressurised water and a Volvo 20HP engine. She has two double cabins with two single berths in the saloon. She has been copper coated Owned by the current owner for the past 19 years and is only being sold due to a lack of use. Accommodation
he accommodation offers up to 6 berths in 3 cabins with approx. 6' max headroom.
The Forward cabin has a double V berth, with in-fill, hatch to the foredeck and stowage areas.
Aft of the Forward cabin is the saloon consisting of two settee berths either side of a drop leaf table and useful storage areas. The Galley is aft and to port equipped with an Eno 2-burner gas cooker with oven, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, 12v fridge and ample storage. Hot and Cold pressurised water heated by the engine and 240v immersion heater.
The chart table is aft to starboard with navigation equipment and electrical distribution panel. Separate heads compartment aft to starboard fitted with a marine toilet, wash basin and shower.
Aft and to Port is the aft cabin which has a double berth with storage underneath and a hanging locker.
Pressurised hot and cold water supplied throughout via a calorifier with immersion heater. Teak and holly sole boards with blue upholstery throughout
It has a large cockpit for its size with teak cover seats and cockpit floor. There is a very large cockpit locker to Starboard and a single gas locker to Port
Mechanical and Rigging
Spars and Sails:
Bermudan masthead sloop rig with Aluminium mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging, original, Spinnaker Pole. Mainsail with single line slab reefing ( two reefs) with lazyjacks and furling genoa. All lines led aft to the cockpit.

Located under the companionway steps is a Volvo 2020 20 HP diesel engine. Freshwater cooled. It was last serviced in May 2022 by BKM Marine Services 45 Litre plastic fuel tank. It has a shaft drive to a fixed 3 blade bronze prop with rope cutter. Through tunnel bowthruster.
Electrical Systems:
3 x 12V Batteries (1 x Domestic, 1 x Engine 1 x Bowthruster) all charged from engine alternator and via 240V battery charger via a 240 shorepower system with outlets in all cabins. Electric immersion heater.

Lifting keel with twin rudders and wheel steering
History and Construction:
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32.2 with its GRP white hull and superstructure with teak cockpit sole and teak cover cockpit seats and was built by Jeanneau in France in 2000. It is has a cast iron lifting keel with wheel steering . It has been copper coated and was last our of the water in June 2022 when the anodes where changed This yacht has been owned by the current owner for the past 19 years and is being sold due to a lack of use.
