Broker Remarks

Sigma 362 for sale, a fast cruising yacht built by Marine Projects in 1989. LEO LADY is a well maintained masthead version with hydraulic backstay installed in 2011.  The mainsail and genoa are both Dacron and there are plenty of spare sails and three spinnakers. Good selection of Raymarine navigation equipment. Sleeps eight. Decent sized saloon seating area with a fold out table to conserve space and the galley has all the essentials for cruising.  A very successful weekend racer, dry sailed by the previous owner.  In her current ownership she has cruised to Brittany, Normandy and the Channel Islands. Some minor cosmetic work required.  LEO LADY had a very successful Dartmouth Regatta in August 2014 so there is a winning reputation to be up held.
