Black Fibreglass. Deep V

Tubes: Black Hypalon; 5 Chambers with separate air/ pressure relief valves

Factory fitted keel Shield: Full length of hull

Stainless steel towing eyelets in transom

Stainless steel A-frame with LED lighting and VHF aerial.

Sump with bilge pump: ( Bilge runs on separate circuit, and allows for use whilst

battery is off, e.g. if leaving on pontoon overnight; will empty rainwater)

Elephant drain water outlet in port transom, secured with running line inboard.

Main bung in centre transom. Attached via lanyard; allowing it to be easily located

each time the boat is launched. The boat is always stowed at a raised angle on the

trailer, to allow free exit of rainwater through bung.Seating/ Console configuration:

Ribcraft ‘FS’ consul. Tandem 2 person Jockey seat; with opening seat hatches; &

open to rear to allow fuel tank entry/ exit. Each seat is hinged, allowing access to fuel

tanks/ vents/ straps.

Doors:

Door in front of consul; replaced with new in 2024.

Door in foredeck to anchor locker: containing ‘Bruce’ type anchor; chain and warp.

(Note; these doors are not deemed or certified as ‘watertight’ by the

manufacturer)

It is common after heavy rain, to find some rainwater in the anchor locker, which is

removed with a sponge.

The consul door does not generally admit any water; and is covered with consul

cover when the boat is not in use.

Fuel System:

Runs on unleaded petrol; E5/ E10. Super unleaded preferred.

Removable 25 litre cans.(x3)

Two under seats. These are accessed for filling by lifting the hinged seats. Can also

be removed to take to the pump; which is a very useful feature in remote locations;

where the cans are physically taken to the pump.

No.3 fuel tank is usually carried on the forward deck. A fourth spare 20 litre will also

be provided; which extends her range.

From many years of use and fuel calculations; she is very economical; and fully

loaded with four persons and gear; will use in the region of 0.8 litres per nautical mile

at 5000 rpm; 24 knots cruising speed in fair conditions. Therefore; each 25 litres tank

will nominally provide 2hrs running; (allowing for 20% reserve margin)
