Broker Remarks
Originally the 1982 London Boat Show exhibited boat. She has been well maintained and is in good condition. Only 3 owners from new, current ownership since 1997. Keel/Hull epoxy coated 1997.
Accommodation
The forepeak has a double v berth.There is a concealed head beneath the berth. There is a concealed basin on the starboard side Moving aft through the forward bulkhead the saloon has seating either side which provides a single berth to port and a double berth to starboard. The chart table is to port and the galley is opposite. The galley has a 2 burner paraffin stove. Sink with cold water supply. Electric pump cold water to both sinks. The Chart table slides away to give access to the pilot berth.

Gordon Harris Design Yanmar 1GM10 9hp Diesel engine driving 3 blade propellor via shaft. 2 x Batteries, engine alternator charged. Aluminium Mast and boom. Plastimo Furling system for Genoa (2005). Slab Reefed mainsail. No 1 Genoa, No 2 Genoa, Working Jib, Crusing Chute (All sails by Jeckell). Spinnaker pole. 6 Winches. Standing Rigging Renewed 2005.
