Broker Remarks

This Orkney Pilothouse 20 is a superb example, it is apparent that this has been a very well maintained boat, her condition is excellent throughout! The owners have recently upgraded the canvas cockpit enclosure with a brand new canopy, there is also a winter tonneau cover included with the sale. When the current owners purchased the boat they had a professional boatyard gel-shield, prime and antifoul the underwater profile, as she had never been antifouled before due to her being dry berthed.
The boat comes with a genuine Orkney road trailer (currently stored with OSM at St Blazey) which is great if you have a property with land on to store the boat, which helps keep any running costs to a minimum.
The engine has always been professionally maintained and has just over 200 hours on since new.
She had only one meticulous previous owner! It was dry stored undercover for a number of years and has had only light use, never being left in the water.
If you are searching for a very clean Orkney Pilothouse 20 then you should put this one at the top of the list!

Owners Remarks:
Our first venture into power boating having owned yachts for many years. We wanted a small boat, easy to manoeuvre but with enough cabin space to overnight on. The new cockpit cover provides a large “living area” whilst the two full-length berths are easy to access. At 12 – 14 knots, on the plane, 3800 rpm the boat is very stable and the cockpit cover provides shielding from the wind.
