The Nicholson 38 is a heavy displacement, long keel ketch with a robust build that will look after you even in heavy seas. Renowned for its strength of build, safety and blue water cruising ability, this is one of the most highly regarded offshore cruising yachts ever built. The Nicholson 38's reputation for comfort and safety at sea is well deserved, with a heavy duty GRP construction, a long keel and a skeg hung rudder she is well balanced in the water, delivering excellent performance in all weathers. The Nicholson 38 has a practical deck layout which allows for safe manoeuvring on deck at sea as well as shorthanded sailing. She has strong guardrails, wide side decks and a well-protected cockpit all adding up to a comfortable sailing experience.
Down below the Nicholson 38 berths 6 in a front cabin, an aft cabin and the saloon. The saloon is spacious with comfortable seating and a folding table.
