Broker Remarks
This Nicholson 345 designed by Ron Holland is a fast cruiser with excellent sea keeping qualities. An extremely capable yacht she makes an affordable long range cruiser. She had a new Dacron Genoa (May 2015) and new two burner oven with grill last year.
The Nicholson 345 makes a great family yacht with a good sized heads , galley, saloon as well as a pressurised hot water system including a shower in the heads.
Her sails are in good condition with a new Genoa put on in May of this year and two spinnakers with spinnaker pole.
With her fractional rig and large ballast she is easy to handle with a small crew.
Her present owner of 15 years has looked after her well. He has mainly cruised her in the Solent and Channel but did keep her for three years in La Rochelle. He has also enjoyed taking part in THe Round Island Race and the occasional club race all of which she competed well.
Accommodation
The Nicholson 345 is done out in pleasing teak joinery ,the upholstery in in good condition the heads and galley well laid out and practical. She sleeps 6/7 crew.The forward cabin has a double berth with storage.
