Broker Remarks
This boat has spent the first 12 years of its life being kept mostly ashore due to the owners domestic conditions with the engine being used for a limited 250 hours. Since purchased in 2000 she has been used in inshore waters in Wales, used on the Menai Straits and sometimes on a marina berth. The hull was epoxied in 2000 with no evidence of Osmosis. Antifouled and wintered ashore at Bangor 2008/9. A copy of the 2008 survey report for insurance is available.
