Same ownership since new and always wintered ashore. New windscreen fitted Sept. 07. In very nice order throughout and a tribute to her owners, the solid teak saloon floor really sets her off,and viewing highly recommended. March 2008, hull antifouled, polished,teak cleaned etc etc sails valeted all ready for this season.
Accommodation
6 berths comprising forecabin with double berth, saloon with 2 singles and aft cabin with double fully sprung mattressed berth. En-suite heads from aft cabin plus second entry through saloon door, separate shower enclosure with glass door. Galley with large top open fridge, cooker, sink. Chart table. Wood interior finished in satin varnish and not high gloss as in later boats.
Mechanical and Rigging
Yanmar 56hp diesel driving a 3 bladed propeller, new cutlass bearing 2004. 3 x 12v batteries 0f 110 amp/hr each, battery charger with switch mode. Hot water from calorifier with immersion heater. Wired for 240v shore power with 13amp sockets in fore and aft cabin, galley and saloon. 40 gallons diesel and 80 gallons fresh water. Alloy mast and boom with in-mast mainsail. Hood furling genoa and fully battened Vertec mainsail 2002. Seldon rod kicker. Lewmar winches. Sails always valeted by Hood.
