This Moody 36 was built in 1981 and is ideal for coastal cruising or the occasional cross-channel trip. The vessel benefits from some Clipper navigation instruments, a Garmin Chartplotter and a standalone Furuno Radar.
This Moody 36 also benefits from seven berths, in three cabins including the saloon with an approximate 6’2 ft headroom throughout and benefits from LED Lighting throughout, Eberspacher heating, and a 220 Litre freshwater capacity.

Accommodation
This Moody 36 offers seven berths, in three cabins including the saloon with an approximate 6’2 ft headroom throughout and benefits from LED Lighting throughout, Eberspacher heating, and a 220 Litre fresh water capacity.
The fore cabin offers a V-berth with an infill to convert to a double berth, an opening deck hatch and good storage including shelves and under berth storage.
Moving aft between the forward cabin and the saloon is the heads compartment, featuring a marine toilet, a single wash basin moulded in a vanity until with hot and cold pressurised water with shower attachment and built in shower tray.
The main saloon offers booth seating to port with a central folding table, with under berth storage with shelve and cupboard storage above the booth, this area converts to a double berth. Opposite the booth is a single settee with under seat storage again with shelve and cupboard storage above this settee also converts to a single berth.
Located aft of the saloon on the portside is the galley featuring a Flavel 2 burner gas cooker with oven and grill, a 12v or 240v fridge, a white sink with pressurized hot and cold water. Hot water is provided by a gas fired Palomo water heater and a 240V immersion heater. This vessel benefits from a 272 Litre freshwater capacity.
A navigation station is located at the end of the single Settee on the starboard side, this area houses chart storage and an array of navigation equipment and vessel control switches.
Aft of the navigation station on the starboard side leads to the aft cabin which has a double berth across the stern of the vessel, a hanging storage locker to starboard along with draws and cupboard. This cabin also benefits from a heads compartment featuring a single sink mounted in a what vanity unit with shower attachment and built in shower tray.
This cabin also benefits two portholes to both port and starboard making it feel light and airy.
Companionway steps lead up to the cockpit which has two good bench seats and a deep locker on the port side, binnacle with wheel steering, engine controls and the navigation instruments are located above the companion way. The cockpit also benefits from a full cockpit enclosure.

Electrical Systems

This Moody 36 was built by Marine Projects (Plymouth) in 1981 to a Bill Dixon Design the vessel has a white GRP hull, superstructure and decks with grey moulded non-slip deck surfaces, bilge keels with a skeg-hung rudder and cockpit steering wheel along with a self-draining cockpit.
This vessel is currently out of the water with current works underway on the hull of the vessel.
The owner has enjoyed the vessel for the last 2 years but is selling due to a change of circumstances. A copy of the 2022 survey report is available to anyone viewing the yacht.
