'Split Decision', Moody 31 MKII. This Moody 31 is a fine example of this ever popular family cruiser, built by Moody in 1990 and designed by Bill Dixon, the Moody 31 is in a class of its own. Quality finishing and a well thought out design makes this yacht a delight to be aboard. She has a bilge keel of which is sought after by all who sail in narrow estuaries and on the coast. Accommodation

6 Berths in 3 Cabin including saloon

Saloon
Large stainless steel and teak grab handles assist you down into the main saloon. The Chart table is immediately to port with a large chart table and plenty of storage.
The saloon is saturated with fine quality teak fittings and beautifully finished off in every way. Dinning is made simple with a folding leaf table with bottle storage in the center of the saloon. Either side you have comfortable seating of which both convert into single berths with under berth storage.

Forward Cabin
Classic v-berth configuration with center infill to make up a large berth, both with under berth storage and over head lighting (lighting new)

Aft cabin
Through a privacy door you will find the double aft cabin with accompanying storage, overhead lighting and access to the engine. The batteries are found under the berth. The berth is open and spacious enough for two adults.

Heads
Head aft to port with Jabsco sea toilet, basin and shower

Galley
The galley is located to starboard and is fully fitted with all the usual facilities. Brand New 2-burner gas stove with oven and grill, sink and fridge.
