Broker Remarks

Moody 31 for sale designed by Bill Dixon, built in 1985.   One of the most popular of the smaller Moodys, the 31 has excellent accommodation including a good-sized aft double cabin. ELBA has bilge keels and tiller steering and has accommodation for six. She is a quick and stable boat and easy to sail as all lines are led aft to the cockpit.
The engine was replaced in 2011 and serviced in March 2018. The standing rigging was replaced in 2013.

Under the current ownership for 3.5 years during which time she has been sailed to France and down into Biscay.  ELBA has also been cruised around the Scilly Isles and along the South West Coast.  The owners have enjoyed their sailing so much they have decided to buy a bigger boat.

Galley and navigation table are at the aft end of the saloon area.  Aft of the galley is a further double cabin, fitted out with a large double berth and again good storage for personal gear in lockers and cupboards.  Aft of the chart table to port is the heads
