Broker Remarks

This Mitchell 31 is the Mk 1 version, she was built in 1972, and the current owner has owned her for 20 years! Throughout his ownership, he has maintained the boat meticulously and upgraded her as and when necessary. One of the benefits of this Mitchell 31 is that she was her underwater profile was stripped back an epoxy coated. She has solid iroko beaching legs so she can be dried out and kept on tidal moorings. She has been used for the majority of her ownership as a weekender with regular trips along the southwest coast for the owner and his wife and the occasional fishing trip.
