Broker Remarks
This is a tough, fast and safe little bilge keeler, with bags of space down below. She comes well documented and equipped with numerous extras provided by safety conscious owners. Used very little in the last 18 months due to work commitments. The headlinings have all been replaced (March 2008). This yacht is perfect for cruising those special places where "taking the ground" is a necessity.
Accommodation
5 or 6 berths in two cabins, good headroom throughout. Twin double berth in the forepeak, an open double quarterberth aft in the saloon on the starboard side, settee in spacious saloon converts to a double. Separate heads with sink and sea toilet.
Mechanical and Rigging
GRP hull & superstructure; twin bilge keels and small skeg aft. Deck & superstructure are integrally bonded to the white hull, treadmaster in cockpit; tiller steering. Volvo 2002D 18hp (approx 241 hrs) 2-cylinder marine diesel engine, 3 bladed fixed propellor. 10 gallon stainless steel fuel tank with sight gauge. Fuel/water separator. 2 batteries, one for the engine and one for the domestics, with isolator switch. Stepped anodised aluminium mast and boom. 4 winches, Rotostay genoa reefing, main with single line slab reefing & lazyjacks.

Plastimo bulkhead compass, Autohelm ST50 echo sounder & log. Navico VHF RT6500S. Autohelm 2000. Clock & barometer. Pressurised hot and cold water system, gas warm air cabin heating. Lifebelt, warps & fenders. Anchorman anchor manual windlass. Fire blanket and fire extinguishers.
