This Double-ended Dutch built yacht was designed by the Kloet brothers, who have specialised in the building of glass fibre yachts since the 1950's with an emphasis on quality and seaworthiness. The Midget 31 derives its shape from the Baltic sloops of the 1800's. They give unparalleled offshore performance for a yacht of this size. She is capable of extended blue water passages.
'Lydia Wiggins' is beautifully made of the highest quality materials and first class craftsmanship . She is a well-crafted double-ended and long-keeled yacht that, in most weathers, will sail easily and predictably bringing you to your destination safely. She is classified as a category A meaning she is designed for longer voyages where the wind can exceed a force 8 gale and the wave height may be more than 4 metres.
She has been well cared for and maintained by the current owner, regularly serviced and worked on.
