A superb family boat in good condition. The Legend 280 handles well and has a good turn of speed. Sugar scoop stern with bathing platform and ladder providing easy access to the water. Perfect for comfortable family crusing. Currently afloat and available for immediate inspection.
Accommodation
6 berths in two cabins. Saloon table converts to large double berth. Double V berth forward in forepeak. Open large aft double cabin underneath cockpit. Ample shelving throughout the saloon. Central pole mounted saloon table with settees port and starboard. An opening hatch is located forward above the "V" berth. Additional opening port lights can be found port and starboard. Separate heads compartment providing sea toilet, moulded basin, pull out shower, and 4 stowage lockers. Galley is located to starboard and comprises of a 2 burner gas stove, sink with hot & cold water, large cool box(compressor installed for fridge, plate still needs to be installed to operate as fridge), stowage above and below galley.

Fractional sloop rig, anodised aluminium mast & boom. x4 Halyard clutches, x2 Jammers, x2 Coach roof cleats, Furlex 100S furling gear, Genoa (Mountfield - new 2002), Slab reefed main sail, and Genniker. X4 Lewmar (16) self tailing winches (x2 located on coach roof and x2 located as cockpit primary winches).
