Broker Remarks

Traditional style, pilothouse motorsailer, ideal for local waters (Irish Sea), meticulously maintained, in great condition. LM's are noted for their quality construction, and performance under sail. A convertible and full enclosure camper top over cockpit expand the available living area all the way to the stern. Viewing highly recommended.

Accommodation

5 berths in 2 cabins, with two doubles and one single. Forward cabin with "V" berth with infill to double. Saloon with settee berth to port and "L" shaped settee converting to a double berth to starboard each side of central saloon folding table. Ample storage lockers and under berth stowage. Approx. 6? + plus headroom in saloon. Clock, barometer and thermometer. Heads with sea toilet and holding tank with electric pump, and sliding wash hand basin with cold pressurised water. Wheelhouse (fully enclosed with sliding double doors). Helm position to starboard with wheel steering, engine controls and instrumentation. Windscreen wipers on forward facing windows. Helmsman's seat and slide out navigators seat. To port in the wheelhouse is the galley with opening counter top, revealing stainless steel sink with cold pressurised water, and two burner Neptune 2000 gas cooker with oven and grill (new 2000). Mechanical and Rigging

Built in Denmark by LM Glasfiber in 1982. Off white GRP hull, deck and superstructure with blue sheer line and boot top. Twin cast iron bilge keels. Wheelhouse with inside wheel steering. Cockpit with tiller steering. Skeg hung rudder. Volvo Penta D130 30hp marine inboard marine diesel driving a 3 bladed propellor with rope cutter via a saildrive gearbox. Single lever engine controls in the wheelhouse. 12 volt domestic electrical system also used for engine starting, with four (125ah) marine batteries with isolator switches, charged by engine driven alternator. 240v Shore power system with charger and shore cable Eberspacher diesel powered heating system with three outlets - Replaced 2008 GRP diesel tank, capacity 44 gallons approx. GRP water tank, capacity 44 gallons approx. Masthead rigged anodised aluminium mast and boom.
