Construction:

This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 54DS was built and commissioned in 2008 by Jeanneau.
Hull is constructed in GRP with reinforced Kevlar.
Decks are a Balsa sandwich and liner for rigidity and insulation with teak laid surfaces and rubrail.
Standard keel with epoxy encapsulated cast iron.
The interior is fitted out in teak veneer with teak and holly soles.
Upholstered in cream leather throughout.
Last antifouled and anodes renewed July 2014.

Sails and Rigging:
Keel stepped mast with triple spreaders, stainless steel standing rigging, double backstays and releasable inner forestay.
White painted aluminimum alloy mast and boom with Profurl electric roller reefing on the headsail.
Harken self tailing winches throughout with electric winch on starboard coachroof.
Sail wardrobe consists of slab reefed stack packed mainsail, genoa and two (light and medium) asymetrical spinnakers.
