Broker Remarks
This is a fine example of the magnificent Island Packet 420. Widely regarded as one of the finest boats for either blue water cruising, or for those who prefer the better things in life wherever they choose to go.
Accommodation
Quality construction and open plan living is the name of the game with the IP420. Below the joinery is of an exceptionally high standard, with teak and holly flooring throughout. Blue leather upholstery and teak furnishings. The galley rea is to starboard as you enter the cabin from the aft cockpit. Large U shaped area with top loading fridge and freezer, microwave oven, twin s/s sinks and 4 burner cooker with oven & grill. There is a large amount of galley surface for foos prep. Forward of this is the navigation station, and then the dinette area of the saloon, with folding table and plenty of seating space on both sides of the saloon. Aft and to port is a double cabin with en suite access to ae shower/WC. There is also access to this heads compartment from the saloon. Forward of the main bulkhead is the owners cabin with offset double berth and plenty of stowage and a seating space, as well as access to a very private and very large Shower room which you could swing several cats in! Eberspacher cabin heating throughout the interior.
