Broker Remarks

This is the short cabin version of the Heard 23 with a large cockpit for day sailing. Designed by Percy Dalton she has been well fitted out and is in generally good condition.  Several "Concours" awards under he belt

Accommodation

Port and starboard settee/berths with leecloths and stowage under in saloon. Sea toilet. Galley to starboard with neptune 2 burner gas cooker, grill and oven, sink. Chart table to port.  Forepeak with shelving and sailbin.  The cabin is cedar lined. Force 10 Gaz cabin heater.

Mechanical and Rigging

Volvo 2002 diesel developing 18hp and driving a 3 bladed propeller. 2 x 12v batteries.  60ltrs diesel in stainles steel tank, 1 water tank. Wired for 12v and 240v shorepower. Woodem mast and bowsprit ( 9' retractable), stainless steel standing rigging.  Wykeham-Martin furling. Jib, main, staysail, topsail, storm jib, cruising shute, plus 3 other large headsails all in good serviceable condition.
