Broker Remarks

The Hallberg- Rassy 94 Kutter is a motor ailor based on the lines of a traditional Swedish Fishing boat.  With canoe stern and long keel.  She has had a bow thruster installed to make her more 'marina friendly' and has cruised extensively in the English Channel, Brittany an the Scilly Isalnds.  Whilst kept in the Baltic she spent most of her time dry stored and in the last 10 years of ownership she has spent a period ashore every winter.  The accommodation offers the high quality finish and comfort expected of a Hallberg Rassy.

Accommodation

Sleeps 4 in 1 double and 2 single berths in 2 cabins (including the saloon)

Forward cabin has two comfortable berths with filler with stowage below. Full length shelves above the berths with folding door between cabin and passage. Large wardrobe in passage on starboard side.

The heads compartment is situated on the starboard side with marine toilet, handbasin and locker.

On the port side of the saloon is an L- shaped sofa, with hinged lift up back rests to increase sleeping space.  Shelves above and lockers and stowage below. On the starboard side is a sofa with storage above and below. The internal hull is lined with mahogany. Between the berths is a table with folding sides with bottle stowage.

Galley area is on the starboard side and contains a Stainless Steel Techimpex gas cooker with two burners, oven and grill (2008). There is also a double stainless steel sink, ample lockers, drawers (including a pull out chopping board) and a large built in fridge with freezing section.

On the port side is the chart table and instrument panel.

Wallas-Nautic 30D diesel heating throughout, new 2005 & overhauled by Kuranda in 2010

There is dedicated propane gas bottle storage within the chain locker.
