We are proud to bring to the market this unique Hammerhead 40 built by Gower Yachts in 2010 which was designed as a fast cruiser-racer with its plaining hull design, canting keel technology, twin wheel steering and large open cockpit.
She is spacious and airy inside with clean lines and comfortable accommodation.
She has recently benefited from the installation of new navigation equipment, VHF and autopilot. The new Kemp Sails furling genoa is fitted with vertical battens and the fully battened main is newly laundered and serviced and accommodated in a sail cover and lazy jacks. To add to the already impressive sail area is a large black coloured asymmetric sail which, used in conjunction with the easily operated retracting carbon sprit gives Headstart a very impressive turn of speed.
All in all, she presents well and fulfils her design criteria as a fast cruiser-racer.
