Broker Remarks
This Beneteau First 25 built in 1982 is a tidy example of her class. A lively trailer sailor, which is very spacious for her length. She also has wide decks with all lines led back to a reasonably sized cockpit.
Accommodation
The First 25 sleeps 5, with a forward double V berth and also a single berth on the port side of the saloon area with an extending berth on the starboard side which converts to a snug double. A separate toilet compartment is located forward on the starboard side with a wash basin opposite.
Galley:
The galley situated on the starboard side is equipped with a 2 burner gas cooker with grill.
Also fitted with a sink with manually pumped fresh water supply.
Mechanical and Rigging
Built in 1982 by Beneteau, both hull and decks are constructed of GRP and the interior is fitted out in teak veneer and upholstered in soft pink and white check cloth.

Powered by a Beta BZ482 (2007) with 400 hours logged, shaft drive and a fixed 3 bladed propellor (2007).
Engine last serviced March 2013.
