Hardy Family Pilot 20 SE motor boat for sale. 'Calypso' is a very nice, well-equipped example of this popular model. However, this is a rare find as she benefits from an inboard Volvo diesel engine! She is thought to have been built in 1997. She is ideal for cruising rivers and coastal waters, and has spent much of her time on the Norfolk Broads and, more recently, used to explore the Essex/Suffolk Coast and rivers under current ownership. She has two berths in the cabin and a separate heads compartment with a marine toilet. In the cockpit, there is a simple galley with stove and sink. A full cockpit enclosure allows for year-round use.

Blue and white GRP hull with white GRP superstructure including wheelhouse hardtop with sunroof. Rope fender. The vessel is understood to have been built in 1997, but this has not been verified.
Stainless steel pulpit and stanchions with safety wires to side and foredeck areas.

Volvo Penta TAMD22 4 cylinder turbo diesel inboard engine (approx. 105hp) serving Volvo sterndrive and 3 blade prop. (Exact age of the engine and engine hours unknown.)
There are 2 x 12v batteries that were renewed within the last 2-3 years. 1 battery has 95 amp hours and 1 has 65 amp hours.
Recent maintenance and repair work undertaken by French Marine Motors during November 2020 & February 2021 (total cost c. £4,500) includes:
