Broker Remarks

Built in 1960 by Falmouth Boat Construction to a Rodney Warrington-Smith design. The boat was completely refurbished in 1999 this included new coach roof and coamings in best Bruinseel Regina mahogony. The water tanks were replaced with 2 fibreglass tanks. The boat has been out og f the water for 18 months being overhauled, varnished and painted.

Accommodation

Accomodation consists of 4 berths in 2 cabin: 2 x 6' berths in forecabin with storage lockers beneath, 2 x 6' 2" settee berths in the saloon with hanging locker to starboard between the cabins. Galley with Plastimo 2 Burner gas hob and grill. Stainless steel sink with manually pumped cold water supply. Seperate heads with sea toilet and wash hand basin

Yanmar 2GM20 18hp Diesel engine (1990) voa a conventional shaft drive to a 3 bladed prop. 2 x 12v Batteries with solar panel charging Rope cutter Bermudan rigged sloop with wooden spars and galvanised standing rigging.
