Broker Remarks

Elizabethan 31 for sale. A cruiser for couples or small families wanting a capable offshore yacht.  This Elizabethan 31 is in really great condition for her age.  Only two owners and beautifully built for her first owner who played a key role in her interior design and layout. Bukh 20hp diesel. Sloop rig with recent rigging and sails. New electronics in 2011. Accommodation for 6 in 2 cabins.

The Elizabethan 31 had a professional  fit out by Fairweather Marine which is similar to the standard arrangement but with more storage and headroom which was achieved by lowering the floor and altyering the saloon and heads layout.  The quality of her joinery and fittings show her to be a real custom build.  Forward are 2 single 'V' berths with stowage underneath.  Aft is the full width heads and basin arrangement, with hanging storage behind the heads and a range of drawers and cupboards to Starboard.  The dinette seat converts to a double berth and there are two  quarter berths Aft.

Hull was epoxy coated in 2004.  Full documentation avaialable.
