Built 1928 and formerly used in Holland to transport light goods before being converted to a Houseboat. The boat has a unique look on the outside. Different to a typical Dutch Barge more of a cruising vessel with two large sun decks and large windows throughout. It also has areas at the bow and stern of the boat that can be used for BBQ’s or entertaining. Originally bought to cruise through the canals of France but due to personal reasons unable to do the trip. Dimensions: length 23 mtr 75 ft beam 4.75 mtr 15ft Out of water survey October 2007. This is large enough to provide a sunny conservatory. Steps down lead to open plan kitchen and living area. Kitchen has island unit with breakfast bar and a gas hob, electric oven and an integrated fridge freezer are installed. Split level from the living room there is a guestroom/storage room to the right. The corridor leads to the toilet and shower room that is tiled and the main bedroom is straight ahead, with king size bed, chest of drawers and storage under bed. There is also a storage area near the front bulk head
