A: From new.

A: The certificate of General Inspection approves the vessel for 12 passengers and 4 crew, day and night, summer and winter within A1 GMDSS Areas. It does not mention any higher numbers for day only passengers. While Greek domestic law allows Greek-flagged commercial pleasure craft to carry up to 49 passengers, the vessel must physically pass inspections for construction, accommodation, and safety equipment required for that specific capacity.

A: Minimum - Captain, Engineer & Deckhand

A: Preference is a company takeover, but a private purchase + VAT is possible.
