Broker Remarks
This gaff rigged cutter is a nice example of a sturdy traditionally styled sailing craft. She is well appointed throughout and has a has a dark blue hull, tan sails, and off white deck. Well maintained and offered in excellent order. This is one of only a small number of late year Cornish Crabber 24's on the market and as such an early inspection is highly recommended. Currently ashore at Northney Marina, Hayling Island. The price of this vessel has been reduced to Ł29,950 for a quick sale. She is in immaculate condition and represents fantastic value for money.
Accommodation
Single cabin providing spacious accommodation for three adults by converting “U” shaped settee to provide either two separate single berths or one large double berth. Third “Quarter” berth is located in the rear of the cabin on the starboard side. Soft furnishings are finished in Cornflower Blue velour, fully adjustable dining table, mounted onto the mast support, and can be stowed at ceiling height when not required. Chart Table. Fire extinguisher. Ventilation hatch. Numerous lockers and stowage's distributed throughout the cabin, including fixed forward bulkhead with generous forepeak locker.  Galley has gimballed gas cooker with two burners and a grill. Pumped sink.  Sea toilet located in a separate private closet. Waste holding tank.
Mechanical and Rigging
1 x 18 HP Yanmar 2GM20 Diesel, with stern drive. 12 gallon fuel tank. 22 gallon portable water tank. Mast, Boom and Gaff are treated Douglas fir. The mast is hollow and mounted in a stainless steel tabernacle and pivoted for ease of lowering. There is a cross tree for flag halyards and the mast is fitted with running backstays. Jib and staysail, which are UV protected, are fitted with roller furling gear operated from the cockpit. The tan coloured sails are manufactured by Rockall Sails of Bosham.
