Broker Remarks

This Contessa 32 is undoubtedly the best option currently available on the market today, she has been in refit since 2011 and was only launched in November 2016.
This Contessa 32 is certainly one of a kind, the current owner has refitted her with no expense spared, almost everything on this yacht has been replaced.
The gel coat is original on the topsides and on deck, the condition of the gel is excellent considering her age.
All of the teak brightwork on deck has been completely renewed with over specified thick teak as a replacement, this includes the toe rail, cockpit seating and the coachroof custom teak.
There has been new deck gear throughout which includes Lewmar winches, Spinlock rope clutches, Lewmar mainsheet traveller, Gebo coachroof portlights, Gebo deck hatches and a Jeremy Rodgers bow roller.
The engine is a Beta Marine B-25HE  3 cylinder 25hp diesel engine with TMC 40P gearbox, this was new in 2012 and has just 25 running hours on recorded May 2017.The sails were new in 2006 but have hardily been used, they are in very good order! there is also a comprehensive Canvas package with this yacht that is also in like new condition having only been made and not used over the past three years.
The standing rigging was replaced in 2009 by Ocean rigging Lymington, but the boat has been on the hard standing since 2011 due to refit work, so there is 5 years of no stress or use to the rigging! The running rigging was replaced in October 2016 with dynema and cruising dynema.
The list goes on and on for upgrades to this yacht, if you browse through the pictures you can see the quality that this boat delivers in abundance.
The boat is currently located in Cap d'Agde, South of France, now flights are readily available and from as little as £15 per flight into Bezier airport, if you are serious enough about getting your hands on the best Contessa 32 around, a short break in the sun should be no problem at all.
There is a marina berth that is available with this boat and included in the asking price, this is available up until January 2018!
To purchase a yacht like this new from Jeremy Rodgers Ltd the starting price is £189,000 + VAT! To have one refitted to this spec would easily cost £100,000!
To arrange a viewing on this fantastic yacht contact our sales team today, she is one not to be missed!

Owner Remarks:
I purchased Salacia in 2009 and spent a few seasons getting to know her, in 2011 I put her ashore and spent the next 5 years completely refitting her to a very high spec. It is a passion of mine to restore my boats to a like new condition, I previously restored a Sparkeman & Stephens She 36 which was sold through Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth and the quality of Salacia is better than that I achieved on the She 36. (http://www.networkyachtbrokers.co.uk/boats_for_sale/She_36-10893.html)
I have currently got the boat berthed in Cap d'Agde and I am including a free berth there until January 2018. Cap d'Agde is a fantastic place to visit and flights there are very reasonable so viewing this boat should not be an issue for serious buyers.
