Construction:

Built by Arun Yachts in 1980 in Portsmouth Royal Naval Dockyard to the exacting standards and specifications of a Royal Navy Captain who had it commissioned and then owned it for the first few years. **Factory completion**

The quality of the build and fitting out is of the highest quality. No expense has been spared by the original builders or any of the owners since 1980.

The interior is first class craftsmanship using only the best materials.

All woodwork is well protected with up to 12 coats of yacht varnish carefully applied by the previous owner in 2011 / 2012.

The boat underwent a comprehensive dry refit before being put back in the water in August 2012. However, although many parts were modernised and replaced the boat still retains all of the original character.

Very thick and strong GRP construction, finished in dark blue hull with teak caprail.  Please note this quote from the Insurance Survey:

“The two circles of GRP that were removed (from fitting a new Bowthruster) were examined on the day of the survey and found to be an excellent quality solid GRP lay-up of 17mm thickness.”

This is a very solid, strong and sturdy boat. In fact I was quite amazed by how quiet and assured she was on sailing her from Holyhead to Conwy after buying her.

Good quality Treadmaster to saloon coach roof and decks.

Long keel version with brackets for legs to be attached.

Hull moisture readings from the Insurance Survey and Pre- Sale Surveys show very good readings.

An insurance survey report was undertaken in August 2012 and the boat is fully insured to the full value.

A pre-sales Survey was undertaken in April 2013.

The boat is afloat in Conwy Marina, North Wales.

Certificate of British Registry is available together with all previous bills of sale.  All instruction manuals are present for all equipment fitted to the vessel along with extensive maintenance history.

The boat has a lot of history and there’s a lot of paperwork showing the care and attention that has been afforded to this boat by all 5 owners since 1980.
