Broker Remarks

This Catalina 34 MK II for sale by Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is a fantastic family cruiser, she is a great sailing boat that is capable of channel crossings and extended cruising.
This Catalina 34 MK II has a powerful 4 cylinder engine which has been really good for channel crossings and exploring up shallow French and English creeks as she has a really shallow draught, thanks to her wing keel.
She also has an easy rig to operate, with all her halyard and sheet lines led back to the cockpit with her big rudder the Catalina 34 goes astern as easy as forward in a straight line. She is very spacious below, much more space than most vessels’ her size, with a great internal layout thanks to her shroud fixings being neatly covered within her main cabin design, so allowing her full beam to be of use in her living space. The Catalina 34 has a massive fridge/freezer, a big cooker, with two top burners, she carries plenty of fresh water and fuel, so a great cruising range, these are just a few of the benefits she holds for her new owners.
Some of the upgrades this Catalina 34 MK II has had over the years include an electric windlass, autohelm, chartplotter, Navtex and radar. She also benefits from new standing rigging and running rigging in 2012
When it comes to comfort the current owner has added extras such as; full cockpit cushions, full canvas package, fitted cabin heating system, and the deal includes a relatively new dinghy, outboard etc, and a great inventory – she is ready to go in terms of kit included in the sale price.

This Catalina 34 MK II will be prepared at the current owners cost for  any new owner. She will be polished antifouled and engine serviced for her new owners.
This is a lucretive deal for the new owners to have such a fantastic yacht ready to go for the new season at no extra cost.
This Catalina 34 MK II is one not to be missed, she is immaculate!
